MIG Welding 1 Class: Saturday, Oct. 10 2009 7pm-10pm.
Age 16+, Members Only, Free Class.

For safety, please wear: closed-toe shoes and natural fiber clothing (synthetic clothes can melt and cause burns) that covers you well.

We will be covering:
* Types of welders
* MIG Tips / Nozzles
* Gas / Wire
* Safety
* Basic Theory
* Practice

Welding seems to be at least 90% practice, 10% theory. As such, the initial class will likely only last 20 minutes. Please be here on time and bring your own (mild-steel) metal scrap if you can.

We are also limited on equipment, so if anyone would like to bring extra masks / leather gloves that would help speed things along.
